Program Schedule

10:00 Arrival and registration

11:00 Door prizes

11:00 to 12:00 Get your picture taken as a cowboy or cowgirl.

12:00 Pot luck lunch

1:00 Games and activities

1:30 50/50 and basket raffle drawings

1:45 Pie throwing event

Bathroom facilities and playground are on-site.

We will be holding a basket raffle

Instead of a silent auction, we'll be selling $5 raffle tickets that can be
used to win baskets by drawing.

We'll
also sell raffle tickets separately for
a 50/50 raffle, where half of the proceeds
will go to

From Reston or I-66: Take the Fairfax County Parkway, Exit 55. Continue on the Fairfax County Parkway for approx 5 miles. Take a right onto Burke Lake Road. At the next light, turn left onto Ox Road (Route 123). *The golf course entrance is the first left off Ox Road (Route 123). The park entrance is the second left off Ox Road (Route 123). Follow signs to Shelter A.

From I-495: Take the Braddock Road West exit and travel approximatly 2 miles. Turn left onto Burke Lake Road (at Kings Park Shopping Center). Follow Burke Lake Road for 5 miles. Turn left onto Ox Road (Route 123 South). *The golf course entrance is the first left off Ox Road (Route 123). The park entrance is the second left off Ox Road (Route 123). Follow signs to Shelter A.
